Regional Sales Rep

Sales | National | Full-Time

Job Summary:

Our ideal sales rep has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with an ability to create and maintain a high-performance sales force with a high technical company. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them

  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, and projecting future performance.

  • Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships

  • Meeting planned sales goals

  • Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Expands customer base and extends global reach

  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs

  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships

  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, exciting environment

  • Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills

  • The ability to work both independently and within a team environment

  • Conflict resolution skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration

  • 3 years in sales management within a corporate setting

  • Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Firefox, specific software programs used by Blink Network

  • Superb leadership ability

  • Ability to travel at least 20-40% of the time

Education and/or Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent training and experience

Work Authorization:

  • United States (required)

 

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional travel, weekend and/or evening work.
